I don’t know if you have seen the news recently. They are saying excercise helps with your mental health.
Last night I was involved in a discussion organised by @pndandMe where lots of mothers and fathers and health professionals all over the world gave their opinions on this matter. It seems that the majority voted if physically well then excercise be it walking or jogging or a full work out does help. Most mothers and fathers said it helps with the anger and frustration they feel. It helps them feel better about themselves as antidepressants can cause weight gain.
I looked around as the thing that seems to be stopping parents is childcare. So I found that they do a buggy fitness for mums and dads in the park. Looks fun. Fresh air and excercise and most importantly fun.
